3. Product Orders and Pricing
3.1. All orders placed through the Website or directly with RPM Packaging Machinery are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
3.2. Prices for our Products and Services are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
3.3. While we strive for accuracy in pricing and product descriptions, errors may occur. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and revise your order accordingly (including charging the correct price) or cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

4. Delivery and Installation
4.1. Delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. RPM Packaging Machinery is not liable for any loss or damage arising from delays in delivery.
4.2. Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the Buyer’s nominated address or to a carrier nominated by the Buyer.
4.3. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring safe and clear access for delivery and installation (if applicable). Any additional costs incurred due to inaccurate information or difficult access may be charged to the Buyer.
4.4. Installation services, if purchased, will be carried out by qualified technicians in accordance with agreed specifications. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the site is ready for installation.
5. Warranty and Returns
5.1. Products are sold with manufacturer’s warranties, the terms of which will be provided with the Product or upon request. RPM Packaging Machinery will assist the Buyer in making warranty claims where applicable.
5.2. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable laws, RPM Packaging Machinery excludes all other warranties, conditions, or guarantees, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
5.3. Returns will be accepted only in accordance with our stated return policy (if any) and Australian Consumer Law. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom-ordered or specially configured Products may not be eligible for return.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1.
